Mix aata with water and knead the dough.keep it aside for 2 hours.roll the dough into a flat circle as though making a chapathi.pour little ghee and let the paratha absorb the ghee.Now sprinklesalt,chilli powder,vaamu,dhaniya and very lil aata powder.make it as a fanand roll it into a twister.now keep it aside for 5 mins.now roll the paratha like chapathi and u ll get layers.Shallow fry it on a shallow frying pan with very little ghee.
punjabi chole
take around 2 cups of kabuli chana.soak them overnight and cook them in
the morning by pouring sufficient water on a presssure cooker till 3 whistles
and then boil the chana for half an haour on slow flame.Now place a frying
pan on the stove and add 2 tb spns of oil.Add dalchini or dalchina
chekka,lavangam or clove,elaichi or cardamom and sha jeera to the oil.Now
add finely chopped oninions and let them fry till golden brown color.Add
finely choped tomatoes to this mixture.Add a tea spoon ginger-garlic paste
or allam-vellulli paste to it.now add the cooked chana into this pan along with the water in which the chana has been cooked.
Now put another vessel on stove and add half cup water and let it boil.add
4-5 teaspoons of tea powder and let it boil for 5-6 mins.strain the tea powder
and only take the tea decotion.
Add this tea decotion into the chole mixture in our original frying pan.add 1
tea spoon garam masala and salt and chilli powder to taste.garnish with
corrainder leaves or kothimir.
GVK one mall
I had been to this newest coolest and happening mall,the GVK one mall yesterday.I simply loved the look and decor inside.I was rich and every nook and corner was shining.The construction work was still going on at a few corners on few floors.The mall is not fully operational but am sure it ll take over the hyderabad party circuit by a storm.the floor and the tiles were shining as though some one sprinkled silver powder over the tiles.it was very neat clean and well maintained.the hep n happening crowd of hyderabad was present and i spotted many urban chic cool teenagers in the mall.The mall houses all the well known indian and international brands like mango,reebok,addidas,KFC,shoppers stop,soles,neeru’s,catwalk,oxygen spa and many many more.It also has the INOX!Do visit it for the cool relaxed and laid back look and enjoy yourself.Don’t forget to taste the kwality swirl thunderstorm in the fun center section.it just tastes heaven 😀
