take 1 cup sugar and add water to it just melt the sugar.put this mixture on the stove and leave it for 5-6 mins. cook semiya or verimcelli in hot water in another bowl.add vainlla essence and rose essence till a dark pink color comes to the sugar water.now take about 1/4 glass of this rose syrup.add 3/4th glass of bolied and cooled milk.decorate with vermicelli and fresh cream.

take a sponge cake and cut it into small uniform cubes.place these peices in a glass bowl. take tetra milk packet.add powdered sugar and sunrise or nescafe coffee powder.add vanilla essence.pour this mixture onto the spong cake peices.take amul fresh cream and add sugar to it.now place this cream on the bowl.decorate with almonds and pistas
take a raw green mango,preferably collector mamidikaya or a kota
mamidikaya.the mango shouldn’t be too sweet or sour.boil the mango in hot
water in a pressure cooker. after it is cooked peel off the skin and make a
paste of the mango by pouring some cool water over it.now filter this water to make a clear drink.filter it thru a strainer.now add salt,black salt or kala
namak,jera powder,jaljeera powder to id. make a paset with pudina,corriander and green chilli and add this mixture to the panna and
serve chilled
