chutney

DIRECTIONS:-   Heat some oil in the pan and add cumin seeds.when the crackle add the sliced ginger
chopped garlic to it.when they are fried add the cranberries and green chillies.
Let it cook on medium heat till they are completly cooked and cranerries are softer.now add the chopped coriander
cover it with lid and let it cook.add some water in between and let it cook.
Add the salt according to ur taste and the jaggery to it.
When completely cooked put the mixture in the blender and blend it to fine paste.check the seasoning and
your tasty chutney is ready.you can have it with any of ur snacks.

Dal

boil toor dal with 2 cup of water and green chillis.then add chilli powder.turmeric , cranberrys,salt and 1/2 cup water let it boil until cranberry become soft(its takes 5 to 10 min)then mast those cranberry with the stirrer.now for seasoning.heat the oil in a pan add mustard seeds ,hing ,curry leavesand cumin .let them splutter.now add the dal to the saesoning.our cranberry dal is ready

Directions | How to make Hot Cranberry Drink
Combine all of the ingredients above in a large glass bowl. Microwave on high for about 8 minutes.

You may also boil the ingredients for 12-15 minutes. Stirring them occasionally.

OMG ! that was freaking explosion in the microwave..i read about “how to boil egg in microwave” over the internet and guess what! i boiled water for 3 mins and then put the egg for 8 mins ..it explored after 3 mins ..so it just takes some 6 mins for an egg to be hard boiled in microwave and of course depending on the temperature..

it made a big mess in the kitchen..first of all ..both of us got scared..it was all water, and egg all over the kitchen, stove, beneath..it was very yuk to even look at the roof of the microwave..the corelle bowl and plate were safe..they did not have any problem..thank got it was not right in my face and i just switched off the cooker on the stove a second before that..

we both had to clean up the entire thing..the microwave, the stove and everything..it took an hour..we were already hungry and bcoz of my ghana krayam we couldnt even eat ..since it was egg..it also started stinking fast..when i switched on the stove..it was stiking like hell as if i was cook raw pork right in the house.

anyway..i learnt tht it was easier to wash a dish and boil the egg in water on stove rather than put in a microwave and make a mess out of whole thing ! phew ! 😐

suji ki idli k liye:

1) Suji ko pani and thode se dahi he bhigona. Usme salt n turmeric powder (optional) as per taste dal dena. banane se adha ghanta pehle bhigo sakti he. Puri rat rakhne ki zaroorat nahi.
2) Jab banani ho tab suji paste ko (stand me jitna rakhna he utna) ek separate bowl me nikal le. uske bad usme Half pouch Eno mila. Eno stand me rakhne se pehle hi milana. zyada der pehle milaya to eno ka asar khatm ho jayega.
3) Stand me thoda sa oil laga dena suji rakhne se pehle taki suji uspe stick na kare
4) Uske bad 6 mins tak cooker (uski siti nikal ke) me stand ko rakhna n den idli nikal lena 🙂

take around 3-4 packets of  glucose biscuits like tiger,parle-g,britania etc.Take a wide rectangle bowl.place a layer of glucose biscuits.Now peel the sappotas or chikus and make a smooth paste.Put this drop consistency paste onto the layer of biscuits.Now pour a fine layer of milkmaid.Place another layer of glucose biscuits.Refrigerate for 4 hours.After that the biscuits are just like cream biscuits iwth the delicios chiku , milkmaid mixture instead of the regular cream!

 

litchee smoothie

take  1 cup amul fresh cream.add 2 tbspns powdered sugar and vanilla essence 2 drops.blend all the ingredients with a blender. Take a cup milk and let it boil.now take 4 tpsns milk and add 2 tspns custard powder and make a smooth paste.Add this paste to the boiling milk along with 2 tbspns sugar.Now add 3/4th cup nestle milkmaid.Add the cream mixture prepared earlier. And also add the litchi syrup found in the tinned/canned litchis can.Now add cut litches and pomegranate seeds .Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour and decorate with cherries and litchis

pour oil for deep frying in a pan and let it boil.Now take 1 cup besan in a bowl and add a little biyyampindi or varipindi approx 2 tbspns to get the crispy effect.Now add red chilli powder and salt to taste.take grated raw mango and add around 4 tbspns along with onions and karivepaku or karipatta. Add very little water to get the drop consistency.Now fry this as small small ball in the oil.

take a pan and pour about 3-4 teaspoons ghee.Now add finely chopped pineapple pieces 1 cup. Let it fry in the ghee for 5 mins. Now add around 5-6 tablespoons of sugar. Let it cook for 2-3 mins.Add another cup finely chopped bread pieces. Add ilaichi powder to taste. Let it cook for another 2 mins.Add cashew,badam and pista to decorate it and serve

Mix aata with water and knead the dough.keep it aside for 2 hours.roll the dough into a flat circle as though making a chapathi.pour little ghee and let the paratha absorb the ghee.Now sprinklesalt,chilli powder,vaamu,dhaniya and very lil aata powder.make it as a fanand roll it into a twister.now keep it aside for 5 mins.now roll the paratha like chapathi and u ll get layers.Shallow fry it on a shallow frying pan with very little ghee.

take around 2 cups of kabuli chana.soak them overnight and cook them in
the morning by pouring sufficient water on a presssure cooker till 3 whistles
and then boil the chana for half an haour on slow flame.Now place a frying
pan on the stove and add 2 tb spns of oil.Add dalchini or dalchina
chekka,lavangam or clove,elaichi or cardamom and sha jeera to the oil.Now
add finely chopped oninions and let them fry till golden brown color.Add
finely choped tomatoes to this mixture.Add a tea spoon ginger-garlic paste
or allam-vellulli paste to it.now add the cooked chana into this pan along with the water in which the chana has been cooked.
Now put another vessel on stove and add half cup water and let it boil.add
4-5 teaspoons of tea powder and let it boil for 5-6 mins.strain the tea powder
and only take the tea decotion.
Add this tea decotion into the chole mixture in our original frying pan.add 1
tea spoon garam masala and salt and chilli powder to taste.garnish with
corrainder leaves or kothimir.
