Take kandipappu,minapappu and daniyalu in equal quantites.fry them in a pan with out oil.add lil jeera,pepper,lavangalu,menthulu,avalu in this pan.Put the mixture aside.Now put 1 oil spoon endu mirchi or red chillies and karivepaku and fry it.now add this to the previous mixture,add salt, inguva and make a powder.this mixture has a shelf life of a year
